Job Description

Rutland Town School - Middle School Cross Country Coach - Rutland Town School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School (one team grades 6-8) Cross Country Coach to lead our program. The coach will be responsible for developing the skills of student-athletes fostering sportsmanship and creating a positive and competitive team Responsibilities:Plan and lead practices drills and game fundamental running skills and game teamwork discipline and student-athletes during practices games and team effectively with players parents and school player safety and adherence to school with athletic staff on scheduling equipment and :Previous coaching or playing experience in XC (preferred).Knowledge of the game rules and to work with middle school students in a positive and motivating communication and leadership pass a background check and meet school district Town School is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
