Salary: OTE 40000 per annum

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service
- Generating and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating sales and managing offers
- Working to and exceeding sales targets
- Developing new business opportunities and winning instructions
- Providing market advice and updates to clients
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential estate agency
- Strong verbal communication confidence and persuasiveness
- Customer-focused and results-oriented approach
- Ambitious enthusiastic and self-motivated personality
- Instruction-winning mindset and strong relationship building
- Local knowledge of Billericay and surrounding areas
- Full UK driving licence and own car
