En tant quAdministrateur(trice) immobilier au sein de notre quipe REMS vous jouerez un rle central dans le service la clientle grce vos excellentes comptences interpersonnelles votre souci du dtail et votre attitude positive. En tant quAdministrateur(trice) immobilier vous serez impliqu(e) dans tous les aspects du soutien au Gestionnaire immobilier. Vos excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation vous permettent de rpondre efficacement aux demandes des locataires. Vous faites preuve dintgrit et vos comptences en service la clientle sont exceptionnelles. Vous assisterez galement le gestionnaire immobilier dans la production de rapports rguliers la prparation des budgets la correspondance avec les locataires et la planification dvnements. Il sagit dune opportunit de mettre profit votre expertise pour nous aider faire voluer notre industrie vers lavenir.
Dans ce rle
Vous dveloppez et maintenez des relations positives avec les propritaires les locataires les fournisseurs et les collgues.
Vous rpondez rapidement aux besoins des locataires afin de respecter les obligations des baux.
Vous soutenez le gestionnaire immobilier en prparant des rapports rguliers destins aux propritaires avec prcision et dans les dlais.
Vous grez efficacement toutes les tches administratives y compris les bons de travail les demandes de service la collecte des loyers et le paiement des dpenses lentretien des proprits ainsi que le respect des exigences contractuelles par les fournisseurs.
Ce que vous apportez
Minimum de 2 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire dans limmobilier commercial
Solides capacits de prise de dcision pour offrir un service de haut niveau aux locataires.
Excellentes comptences en service la clientle proactivit orientation vers les rsultats et sens des ressources.
Capacit respecter les dlais sans compromettre la prcision la qualit du travail ni le souci du dtail.

This position is for a Property Administrator based out of our Montreal offices
About the role
As Property Administrator within our REMS team youll play a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills attention to detail and a positive demeanor to everything you do. As a Property Administrator you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the Property Manager. Your outstanding communication and organizational skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries you exude integrity and your customer service skills are second to none. You also assist the property manager with regular reporting budgets tenant correspondence and planning of events. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future.
In this role
You develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners tenants vendors and co-workers.
You respond in a timely manner to tenants needs to meet lease obligations.
You support the property manager by preparing regular ownership reports with accuracy and timely.
You effectively lead all administrative tasks including work orders service requests rent collections and expense payments property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.
What youll bring
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within commercial real estate
Strong decision-making capabilities to provide high-level service to tenants needs.
Excellent customer service skills proactive results-oriented and resourceful.
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy excellent product quality and attention to detail.
