Whats the role
As the State General Manager (SGM) Mortgage Broker Distribution VIC/TAS youll play a pivotal role in delivering settlements enhancing broker experience and achieving NPS targets by driving market activation strategic sales leadership and nurturing a high-performing inclusive team. As a leader of leaders youll guide strategic growth and champion outstanding broker and customer experiences. Based in Melbourne this is a permanent full-time role where your leadership will shape outcomes culture and success across the state.

- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing and supporting high-performing diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the mortgage broker industry and the ability to navigate its complexities with confidence.
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful results.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills youll be a trusted partner for brokers aggregators and internal collaborators.
- A change advocate who can influence policy process and technology to create seamless customer-first experiences.
