This Electrical Inspector position is seeking an experienced Colorado Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician for electrical inspections. A candidate should have a keen eye for detail direct experience in the permitting installation and alteration of electrical work for new construction projects ideally in both residential and commercial applications.

The Electrical Inspector is responsible for performing technical inspection work throughout the county. This individual will inspect various structures (industrial commercial residential etc.) to ensure compliance with building codes. The Electrical Inspector reviews blueprints diagrams and plans and a variety of structures in progress and in final form to ensure compliance with codes. Failed inspections require this role to issue correction notices and stop-work orders as well as explanations of correction notices and building codes to various officials agencies and the public. This work also involves responding to complaints regarding potential building code violations.
SCHEDULE:
This position typically operates on a traditional 5-day workweek (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) in the field and in-office.
COMPENSATION:
Hiring Range: $33.00 $35.00 USD Hourly
Compensation will be determined based on education experience and skills.
