Job Description
TITLE: Weight Room AttendantSUMMARY: Reporting to the Building Principal the Weight Room Attendant works year round attending to the high school weight room. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Opens the weight room for any currently enrolled student who wishes to weight train to improve their personal health well-being and/or to prepare for the next athletic season. Teach proper technique safety etiquette and a plethora of differentiated QUALIFICATIONS:Current member of the Oxford Education DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods; position oneself to demonstrate technique; move up to 25 lbs. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the ENVIRONMENT:The work is generally performed primarily indoors and predominantly in a school classroom.
