Job Description:
Responsible for prompt collection of invoices due and account management of assigned customer accounts.
Timely resolution and reconciliation of discrepancies that arise on the accounts due to pricing returns etc.
Support and help lead various AR projects and initiatives within a team environment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Strong professional communication skills both verbal and written.
Assertive can do attitude and work style with proven ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/assignments/projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and ability to determine which action is required to resolve AR issues.
Motivated by achieving results as performance targets are set and measured regularly in team meetings and monthly reviews with upper management.
Experience with uploading invoices in government portals/systems (e.g. WAWF MPO) is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook email required.
Minimum experience of 2-5 years required.
Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
