GENERAL DUTIES:
Ensure the security safety and proper building performance of District facilities and systems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Hold a valid certificate in a District approved student intervention system or be able to obtain in 60 days
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Hold a valid Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) certificate or be able to obtain within 30 days
- Hold a valid Oregon drivers license
- Hold a valid First aid/CPR certification or be able to obtain one in 30 days
- General understanding in Fire Panels HVAC Refrigeration Intrusion and access control systems
- Knowledge of regulations governing work within identified trades including rules on safety practices
- Knowledge and skills in building envelope systems i.e. plumbing electrical carpentry etc.
- Experience in security services preferred
