Maintenance Manager- Full Time
The ideal candidate for this position has experience in facility upkeep equipment repair and building systems and is someone who prioritizes safety compliance and efficient problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the upkeep of both interior and exterior building areas ensuring all areas are well-maintained
- Complete repairs in response to work orders or as directed by management
- Organize file and update paperwork for work orders logging details into the work order system
- Collaborate with staff and other managers to identify and resolve facility issues promptly
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure project completion and compliance with company standards
- Operate equipment and tools safely and responsibly
- Maintain on-site inventory of essential maintenance supplies
- Assist with snow removal and landscaping duties as needed
- Perform regular maintenance on building systems including electrical plumbing HVAC and pneumatic systems
- Maintain and repair equipment located in the shop
- Monitor compliance and safety standards for all on-site equipment
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations for a safe working environment
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Prior experience in maintenance at an automobile dealership is a plus
- Trade certifications are preferred but not required
- Basic math and analytical skills for accurate troubleshooting and repairs
- Sound judgment with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Physical ability to stand walk sit stoop climb crawl and lift heavy objects hand and finger dexterity and work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid drivers license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
