Overview
Imagix Dental is looking for a Temporary Dental Hygienist Assistant in Alpharetta GA to join our clinical team. We are committed in providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating team-based environment. We take pride in providing comprehensive personalized care in warm and welcoming environment prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to fill a temporary position while our employee is on leave. This role will be available from now until August 26 2025.
Hours:
Tuesday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization
- Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress
- Update patient health history and chart treatment progress
- Expose and develop radiographs (if certified)
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Cordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments
- Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems
- Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with the industry regulations including HIPAA & OSHA
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Associate or certification in Dental Assisting
- Radiology certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
