What Youll Be Doing
- Overseeing kiln and raw mill operations to ensure optimal performance product quality safety and environmental compliance.
- Monitoring and adjusting operation parameters in real- time to maintain efficiency and conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of kiln and raw mill equipment.
- Assisting in planning and execution of main shutdown by organizing resources following safety rules and keep work on schedule
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure shutdown tasks are finished properly and on time.
- Leading shift handovers daily planning and coordinate with maintenance team
- Leading and training kiln and raw mill operators to maintain high standards.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong understanding of kiln and raw mill operations in cement industry.
- Proven skills in leadership team management communication and organization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards production target.
- Familiarity with KPIs and reporting
- Commitment to continuous improvement safety and regulatory compliance
