Part Time Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Leamington Spa - Salary Negotiable dependent on experience

My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the Warwickshire areas. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Sales Negotiator to join their team working Part Time (hours to suit)

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Role:

You will be working with a successful market leading Estate Agency as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator. You will be responsible for registering applicants managing the database booking viewings and valuations taking offers dealing with incoming enquiries administration and selling other services including solicitors and financial services.

Required Skills:

  • Previous Estate Agency experience is essential
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong Admin / IT experience
  • A proactive team player.
