About the role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking an Orderly to join our team on a casual basis. This role will see you working as part of our rotational roster with flexible shift times this role you will work within a supportive team to ensure our patients have a great experience during their stay with us.

Established in 2016 Gold Coast Private Hospital is a 336 bed 22 operating theatre facility located in Southport the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct. Specialities include and are not limited to: 24/7 Emergency Care Centre Medical Orthopaedic Bariatric Neurosurgical Plastics ENT & General Surgical Obstetrics Cardiac Care and Oncology. As an Orderly your responsibilities will include:
Patient Assistance and transfers including the use of lifting machine and bed movers.
General housekeeping duties e.g. cleaning beds organising linen restocking of equipment and waste management
Operate in line with WHS policy & procedures
Deliver excellent customer service to staff clients and patients
Cultivating a hospitable and friendly environment for all patients
Work as an active team member to support all work tasks
Remove dirty linen / ensure clean linen is readily available
