Primary Responsibilities
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly upbeat attitude answers customer questions and directs customers to the appropriate person or location
- Ensures that vehicles are parked in assigned areas. makes sure they are locked and all keys are marked and put away correctly
- Handles overflow telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
- Demonstrates courteous behavior towards fellow employees and customers and maintains a professional appearance and manner
- Takes time with customers to understand their concerns displays empathy and understanding and always acts in a polite manner
- Aids the customer in picking up their vehicle when completed by reviewing the completed repair order with them so they are able to understand how their money has been spent and processes payment. inform customers about the Toyotasurvey they may receive via email and ask the customers to complete the short survey
- Assists Service Advisors with generating repair orders and properly documenting all customers concerns and requests
- Assists Service Advisors with loaner vehicles. creating loaner agreements and obtaining all necessary customer information to accurately complete loaner agreement forms.
Qualifications
- Must have a strong customer service background
- Must be self-motivated friendly and organized.
- Must be able to communicate well with others and follow directions
- Knowledge of basic automotive principles preferred
- Must maintain a valid drivers license
