Director of Associate Teacher ProgramThe director for the Associate Teacher Program is responsible for all aspects of the teacher training program at Belmont Day School. This program is currently part of the Lesley University Collaborative Internship Teacher Residency Program. Associate teachers earn a masters degree in middle elementary or early childhood education and a Massachusetts state teaching certificate. Currently each associate teacher earns graduate course credit at Lesley University and at Belmont Day in courses taught by Belmont Day faculty and the Associate Teacher Program is a 0.75 FTE twelve-month exempt and benefit-eligible position which reports to the Assistant Head of School. This position begins on July 1 2025 and is not eligible for employer-sponsored relocation.
