Easterseals PORT Health a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia is seeking a compassionate caring and dedicated full-time Team Lead to provide clinical leadership and support to a team delivering intensive in-home services to youth and families
What Youll Do
The Team Lead provides clinical guidance to their team in delivering Intensive In-Home (IIH) services. IIH is a short-term family-focused intervention aimed at keeping youth stable in their homes and communities preventing the need for out-of-home placements or supporting reunification. Services are primarily delivered in the childs home and focus on the specific needs of the identified youth. The approach is team-based and the population served has access to a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to their individual needs.
