Key job responsibilities Key responsibilities include ownership of our inventor recognition program working with inventors to satisfy requests maintaining information in our docketing system and assisting paralegals and attorneys with managing projects and programs related to patents and intellectual property. Other duties may include coordinating execution of agreements tracking a large volume of documents maintaining status reports performing general office tasks and coordinating other legal and administrative matters with the business groups.
- 1 years of professional or military experience - 2 years of administrative assistant experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications - Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working proactively and independently meeting deadlines and delivering on projects and tasks - Experience in a technology company or other legal experience - Familiarity with patents
