Job Objective | - Assists Marketing efforts to meet occupancy.
- Plans executes and finalizes apartment upgrades per customer requests.
- Returns San Camillo & Assisted Living apartments to original standards within budget and by specified dates.
- Acquires resources and coordinates efforts of internal team members and third-party contractors/consultants.
- Delivers projects and move-ins according to plan.
- Tracks efficiency and duration of rooms and implements process improvements.
- Assists Maintenance with campus work orders and events
- Coordinates and oversees other campus improvement projects as directed by director.
- Oversees staff deemed fit by Maintenance Director.

Job Standards | - High school diploma or equivalent required. Two-year technical degree preferred.
- Three plus years supervisory experience in construction related trades or equivalent.
- Five years plus experience in electrical plumbing painting or carpentry in residential contracting setting. Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Ability to read & understand blueprints.
- High degree of customer service both internal and external.
- Flexibility to meet changing deadlines.
- Creativity to engineer solutions to resolve unique design issues.
- Familiar with Lean or other process improvement approaches.
- Excellent computer skills required; must be proficient in various Microsoft products including Word Excel and Outlook.
- Valid State of Wisconsin drivers license required & driving record complies with St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy.
- Ability to work 8-4:30 M-F weekends and holidays as needed.
- Able to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Demonstrated record of project completion: on time under budget to resident satisfaction etc.
- Availability to be On-Call when scheduled.
