Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the 777 Lean Integration Team in Everett WA.
The successful candidate will work and manage projects to support organizational goals and objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results
Works with organizations to develop effective strategies plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives utilizing Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years experience in an aerospace fabrication or manufacturing industry
1 years experience in using Lean principles
1 years experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 years experience with the Boeing Production System
1 years experience with Project Management
Data Analysis experience
