We are looking for a service-focused and knowledgeable Junior Sous Chef to join our team! Your creativity and culinary techniques will help craft unforgettable dining experiences at one of the citys most prestigious luxury hotels.
About the Role:
As Junior Sous Chef you will operate as the assistant to the Sous Chef overseeing and directing all aspects of our talented kitchen. Youll assist a team that delivers exquisite culinary experiences and impressive attention to detail from la carte to immersive fine dining. Split shifts over 4 days a week.
What Youll Do:
- Support the day-to-day kitchen operations
- Bring creativity and consistency to every plate
- Lead and inspire junior chefs with your culinary knowledge
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and HACCP compliance
- Collaborate with senior chefs on menu innovation

Requirements:
The ideal person will have strong experience ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position
