Our client is a modern Mediterranean Restaurant which has recently been awarded a prestigious Michelin Star. Serving up to 120 covers they are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to create a variety of seasonal Southern European-inspired dishes over an open fire.
You must have previous experience working in the kitchens of high-end restaurants.

- 42000 package
- 7 shifts per week 4 days on 3 days off

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Creating a variety of delicious dishes that celebrate Southern European flavours
- Making the most of the restaurants access to fresh seasonal ingredients
- Going above and beyond to perfect your skills cooking over an open-fire grill
- Gaining knowledge and expertise from the team to improve your culinary skillset
- Working alongside the team to elevate and evolve the restaurants menu and operations
This is a wonderful opportunity to further progress in your culinary career as you will be working alongside a talented Head Chef and kitchen brigade who are willing to share their culinary knowledge and expertise. Not to mention the training and progression opportunities!
