The Student Conduct Administration Data Specialist and Legal Associate serves within the Division of Student Life in the Student Conduct Administration department and reports to the Student Conduct Administration Legal Associate and Office Manager. This position processes all reports alleging violations of the Student Conduct Code and Honor Code which includes extensive work within the Conduct Database (Maxient). Additionally the position works closely with the Student Conduct Officers and the Director for the Office of Academic Integrity (OAI). This position works with students staff faculty parents government agents and other constituents and handles correspondence with students as directed by the Office Manager Conduct Officers or OAI Director.
This ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge/skills/abilities:
A high school diploma and one year of relevant work experience is required.
A Bachelors degree and four years of relevant work experience is preferred.
*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
