Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global IT sourcing position at Sartorius means youll be navigating diverse stakeholder needs aligning vendor strategies with business goals and driving cost-efficient high-quality IT outcomes.

Grow with us Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies to meet business objectives including hardware software cloud services and IT professional services
Identify evaluate and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers to ensure quality reliability and competitive pricing
Negotiate contracts service level agreements (SLAs) and pricing terms to secure favorable conditions while minimizing risks
Analyze IT spending to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance
Work closely with finance and legal teams to align sourcing activities with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
Stay informed on IT market trends emerging technologies and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions.
Assess and mitigate risks related to vendor performance supply chain disruptions and contract compliance
Streamline procurement processes leveraging technology (e.g AI Automation) and best practices to enhance efficiency and transparency
Provide regular reports on sourcing performance vendor metrics and cost savings to senior management
What will convince us
Several years of experience in IT procurement sourcing and vendor management related roles
Strong understanding of IT products and services including hardware software cloud solutions and managed services.
Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and build strong vendor relationships.
Proficiency in analyzing financial data market trends and vendor performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience managing sourcing projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with procurement softwares and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint).
Business Fluent in English German would be a plus round off your profile
