Location: Hybrid/2-3 days in office in Glendale WI or Kohler WI
This newly created role of Director Lead Conversion is responsible for developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies for the Rehlko Home Energy business unit with a strong focus on maximizing lead conversion. The associate will help define key objectives and KPIs drive performance marketing and advertising strategies to increase sales manage creative placement review performance and site analytics and collaborate with the broader team to meet business objectives and enhance the customer experience. This leader will also embody and role model our values and cultural beliefs.
Specific Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to shape marketing strategy advertising performance marketing consumer journey improvements and tactical execution focused on driving conversion.
Research and implement best practices from Home energy home standby and other lead focused industries to enhance lead conversion efforts.
Develop and execute strategies that strengthen brand awareness and optimize lead conversion within the dealer network supporting significant share growth.
Build and continuously refine a lead conversion strategy through performance marketing techniques ensuring data-driven adjustments and improvements.
Clearly communicate strategy across the business unit aligning closely with broader business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute paid media strategies with a focus on conversion optimization.
Deeply understand customer and dealer journeys to refine tools systems and touchpoints that drive higher lead-to-sale conversion rates.
Identify and optimize owned media opportunities such as website personalization (e.g. Adobe Target) email journeys click-to-chat strategies inside sales partnerships and other emerging conversion tools.
Analyze performance using a variety of analytical tools curating insights and providing actionable recommendations to business leaders.
Inspire mentor and grow a small team fostering their development enhancing their employee experience and driving engagement to achieve both team and business goals.
Coordinate marketing activities across other business segments to build marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and recommend future growth opportunities including geographic expansion and channel development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field required.
Masters/Advanced Training preferred
5-7years of prior experience in Lead Generation/Lead Conversion Customer Acquisition and Conversion Sales Marketing Channel Management. B2C experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Analytics Adobe Experience Manager CRM (Salesforce) Power BI and Microsoft Suite of products a plus.
Likes being accountable for an important area of the business
Enjoys a balance of mentoring and developing team members while also being an individual contributor when needed
Deep understanding of demand generation best practices and how to engage prospects at multiple points through their buying journey.
