Job Description
Now hiring Press Operators for a manufacturing company in Warren for 1st and 2nd shifts.
1st shift: 5am 4:30pm Monday Friday.
2nd shift: 4:30pm 5am Monday Thursday.
Weekly pay ranging between $12 - $16 per hour depending on experience.
The Press Operator is responsible for the set-up and operation of presses according to customer specifications.
Job Duties:
- Feed materials into machinery and monitor performance making adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and notify a supervisor of any abnormalities.
- Assist with packaging of products using proper shipping materials and labeling.
- Occasionally operate a forklift to stage materials in designed locations.
- Conduct assembly of products using proper hand tools and parts.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to read and understand precision measuring instruments.
- Forklift Certification is required.
- Previous Press Operating experience.
