Job Description

Job Title:Corporate Services Clerk

Worker Category: Full Time

Department: Corporate Services

Position Summary:

The Corporate Services Clerk performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of daily office operations. This role includes responsibilities such as sorting incoming and outgoing mail maintaining inventory ordering office supplies and assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sort distribute and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain accurate records of mail and deliveries
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to place and track orders
  • Assist with filing photocopying and scanning documents
  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces including supply closets and storage areas
  • Provide assistance with travel arrangements for those without administrative support
  • Coordinate workspace and parking allocation in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Greet and assist visitors answer phones and direct calls appropriately (if applicable)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based role with standard business hours
  • May require occasional lifting of office supplies or mail (up to 25 lbs)
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with staff and vendors
