- Clean and detail new used and customer owned vehicles leaving the dealership.
- Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
- Move around powersports vehicles such as ATVs UTVs motorcycles dirt bikes snowmobiles and watercrafts as necessary.
- Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
- Assist service technicians and service writers with work as needed.
- Assist marketing with unit photos.
- Check in new units delivered from warehouse.
- Directly report any unit damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
- Keep service dept clean and organized.
- Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
- Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
- Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
- Hardworking personality shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Motorcycle endorsement and/or experience with motorcycles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work full time Tuesdays-Saturdays.
