Hi! My name is Emma Craig and I am responsible for Halebop. We are looking for a new superstar to join our team. A superstar who is curious self-driven focused on teamwork and also has great organization skills. We are a small team and no one is caged in to only delivering in one area everyone has hybrid roles and is expected to help other team members where needed which also opens a lot of opportunities to grow learn and develop some fantastic broad skills in a short period of time.

This role I am recruiting for will become the expert in analyzing performance across all our sales channels against our financial plan and our shorter term trading targets. They will have the responsibility to get to know our sales channels and understand how best to support them with offers and data analysis. This role would work closely with the Commercial Lead for Hardware who sets the offers for mobile phones as this role would be setting the offer prices for our subscription pricing. Whoever comes into this role would be responsible and accountable for the effective execution of all business initiatives across all of our areas whether that be the launch of a new price plan or even our Black Week campaigns.

The role would include Postpaid Mobile Broadband and Broadband products.

A detailed view of the responsibilities for this role:

  • Responsible for driving sales growth both driving new customer acquisition and existing customer retention via CRM channels.
  • Responsible for setting the general sales KPIs taking into account feedback from the wider business and from the channels. These sales KPIs will then be handed over to the respective channels for their delivery plans to be done.
  • Own the offering roadmap for our subscription offers.
  • Own the performance tracking across all sales channels.
  • Responsible for the CRM offering roadmap.
  • Act as commercial/ business subject matter expert on pricing and revenue growth to the rest of the team and wider business.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the competition in the market to the team and wider business.

Is this you

Im not looking for someone who understands the Halebop business already but someone who can demonstrate the dedication to learning the business. The personality traits I need the individual to have is that they are motivated a team-worker really organized and enjoy improving processes. Ideally you have a basic understanding of how offers can drive revenue and the levers you can use to show customers what a great offer it is as well as experience in delivering projects. Experience in retention and churn is a plus but not mandatory.

Were also an English-speaking team so we would need you to feel comfortable in speaking English with some of the members in our team (myself included!)
