An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Sales department of a vibrant award-winning and highly regarded independent property company based in the East Sussex area.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Running and managing the residential sales department
- Conducting valuations and generating new business
- Motivating and mentoring staff to achieve targets
- Overseeing marketing activities and strategic planning
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Supporting and driving the growth of the business
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Significant experience in residential sales
- Proven track record in valuations and business development
- Experience managing and training a team
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of property sales
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Local knowledge of the Hastings area (beneficial)
