Healthcare Assistant Up to 26500

Our client a well-established and caring domiciliary care provider is seeking a kind reliable and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join their growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in peoples lives while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The service delivers high-quality person-centred care to individuals in their own homes helping them maintain independence dignity and quality of life. The team is known for its compassionate approach and commitment to both clients and staff.

As a Healthcare Assistant youll provide essential support to individuals in the community assisting with daily living tasks and promoting well-being. Whether youre helping with personal care companionship or household tasks youll be making a real difference every day.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (essential)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for home visits)
  • Previous experience in a care role
  • A kind patient and respectful nature
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with tasks such as washing dressing medication and meal preparation
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to service users

  • Work closely with families team members and managers to ensure consistent person-centred care
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately
