Our client a well-established and caring domiciliary care provider is seeking a kind reliable and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join their growing team. As a Healthcare Assistant youll provide essential support to individuals in the community assisting with daily living tasks and promoting well-being. Whether youre helping with personal care companionship or household tasks youll be making a real difference every day.
What Were Looking For
- Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (essential)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for home visits)
- Previous experience in a care role
- A kind patient and respectful nature
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with tasks such as washing dressing medication and meal preparation
- Offer emotional support and companionship to service users
- Promote independence and respect the individual choices of each person
- Work closely with families team members and managers to ensure consistent person-centred care
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately
