Job Description
AMG Supervisor
What youll do:
Lead and oversee all aspects of an Autonomous Manufacturing Group (AMG) including multiple production cells shifts and teams ensuring alignment with plant and company goals.
Drive continuous improvement by teaching and coaching APS (Autoliv Production System) principles leading problem-solving initiatives and developing action plans for operational excellence.
Ensure team capability and engagement by fostering a strong coaching culture managing performance and ensuring all safety training and process standards are met and improved.
Manage team resources and communication across all shifts while supporting HR-related responsibilities such as performance reviews discipline and employee relations.
What is required:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of cutting module and sewing processes with hands-on experience in applying SQDCM APDS and APS methodologies.
Proficient in Core Tools and focused on driving customer satisfaction through strong decision-making and execution capabilities.
Strong leadership mindset with a passion for developing people and excellent communication in fluent English. And also availability to work in 2nd shift
