Job Description:
Value technology seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (Tech Lead) with 10 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Charlotte NC. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce architecture with a proven ability to lead offshore teams and manage governance limits effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of onshore/offshore Salesforce developers
- Design develop and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions
- Write review and maintain Apex code Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Manage integration of Salesforce with external applications (real-time batch sync/async)
- Handle deployment and version control using Salesforce development tools
Required Skills & Experience:
- 9 10 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Expertise in Apex LWC Visualforce and Salesforce APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governance limits
- Proficient in JavaScript HTML SQL Java or C#
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (SOAP/REST web services)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Data Loader Demand Tools Excel Connector
- Background in relational databases and integration middleware
- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions
Education:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
- Salesforce Developer Certification required
