Job Description
- Technically strong and collaborative API Solutions Engineer to lead the design and development.
- new APIs that aggregate and enhance our existing services to meet the strategic needs of the Ventures Business.
- This role involves deep analysis architectural design and close coordination with cross-functional and offshore teams.
- 3 Plus years of experience in backend/API development with Spring Boot and .
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and API gateways.
- Experience with architecture design patterns and scalable system design.
- Proficiency in BDD testing frameworks Cucumber JBehave
- Hands-on experience with GCP and cloud-native development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Design new APIs to aggregate current APIs to fit the requirements of the Ventures Business.
- Analyse the current API landscape & SoRs to identify the depth & breadth of new APIs to be built
- Enforce Engineering Rigor to ensure the quality of the deliverables
- Work with the Product team and coordinate requirements with the Offshore team
