Job Description
- Technical ability to execute studies/research.
- Conceptualization planning of adaptive implementation including HCD approaches.
- Data analysis
- Knowledge management (MERL)
Requirements
- Master s degree in Health research Health Sciences in Demography & Social Statistics.
- Professional training in Project Management Research Monitoring & Evaluation.
- Five years of experience supporting donor funded projects in Nigeria and managing a demanding workload to assist country level senior leadership objectives.
- Development of research protocols ToR for managing consultant and Conducting baseline & Log frame & evaluation surveys.
- Supporting the delivery of results learning capacity building including development of framework and strategic plan
- Strengthening of Monitoring & Evaluation KM and Learning system.
- Safeguarding A360 project works with adolescent girls and vulnerable young women
Technical:
- Qualitative and quantitative research and interpretation skills.
- Use of statistical packages such as SPSS STATA Epi-Info Ethnography/Nvivo as well as the application of statistics to programming.
- Ability to carry out bi-variate and multivariate statistical analysis.
- Evidence-based monitoring and evaluation of programs
- Ability to prepare technical reports using Microsoft power point and deliver presentation to high caliber audience confidently;
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and Word packages
