Job Title: MOT Tester
Location: Chichester PO19
Salary: 34000 Bonus OTE 36400
Full Time and Permanent
Our client has a turnover of approximately 250 million and employs over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.
They are looking to recruit a MOT Tester to join their prestige dealership in Chichester.
Our client s performance has been continuing to grow as well as being recognised for the quality of service provided to their customers.
As such they require a self-motivated individual who is able to use their own initiative to work alongside our existing team in their busy service department.
Job Description:
The ideal MOT Tester will have superb technical knowledge a professional attitude and will ensure that the highest quality of service is maintained. In return you d be working with a company that genuinely cares about its colleagues and maintains some of the most pristine and prestigious showrooms and workshops in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking Class IV MOT tests adhering to strict DVSA/Government guidelines
To report additional faults requiring attention.
To complete a full write up of work completed.
To ensure all documentation is completed promptly.
To maintain tools whether own or company in a safe and clean condition.
To ensure that all requirements of Harwoods health and safety procedures are maintained.
Maintaining and reporting on all DVSA standards
Skills & Requirements
Essential
Hold the relevant MOT Tester qualification.
Relevant City & Guilds BTEC or NVQ accreditation
Competency in numeracy literacy and IT.
Energy and enthusiasm.
Full UK driving licence.
