Position Overview:

Are you ready to launch your career in recruitment and HR Join The Talent Care as a Remote Talent Acquisition Co-op Associate and immerse yourself in hands-on talent sourcing candidate screening ATS management and more all from the comfort of your home. This 3-6 months unpaid co-op is designed to equip you with the practical skills and connections you need to excel in HR and recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage job listings on major job boards and platforms
  • Source and screen candidate profiles using leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Shortlist and vet candidates for multiple open roles
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and support ATS optimization
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
  • Support recruitment analytics reporting and process improvement
  • Research and share industry trends and recruitment best practices


Requirements
