Purpose
As the 3rd Line of Defence Internal Audit provides enterprise-wide independent and objective assurance over the design and operations of the Banks internal controls risk management and governance processes. We are professionals who thrive in a challenging environment and work with management to find solutions to address control weaknesses.
The Senior Manager will assist in developing the Data Analytics audit approach including implementation of a comprehensive Data Analytics strategy to support the U.S. Internal Audit departments objectives. The Senior Manager will be responsible for timely delivery of complex high-quality value-added data analytics utilized by the broader Audit department for assurance and audit reports for a portfolio of business activities which meet the requirements of the governing regulations internal policies and procedures.
Apart from the technical skills noted above the Senior Manager should be able to apply Data analysis frameworks practices techniques processes and methodologies and regulatory guidelines to the performance and review of audits.

What Youll Do
Collaborate with Internal Audit Management and functional teams to understand department needs and devise possible solutions. Work cross-functionally with other Internal Audit team members to support and drive a collaborative team environment that drives data analytics projects both tactically (audit based) and strategic (non-audit based).
Collaborate with Audit Directors and Data Analytic Champions to understand their needs and deliver value through proven and innovative approaches. Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to produce clear concise and logical requirements resulting in risk-based prioritized Data Analytics Strategy.
Perform Data Analytics project planning and scoping execution problem identification and evaluation and develop and provide high-quality value-added recommendations.
Collaborate with Global Audit Management and Data analytic teams to partner on finding the best solutions and leverage data analytics implementation across the U.S. as well as Global teams
Identify solutions for a variety of complex and unique control issues utilizing judgement and sophisticated analytical thought.
Develop and deliver data focused training to the Internal Audit Department in the U.S. in order to continuously develop the broader department in data analysis and data visualization.
Design and implement continuous auditing tests using tools to monitor key business risks including building dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insight on business data. Use and develop technology-based tools or methodologies to review design and/or implement IT internal controls.
Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas while ensuring the adequacy adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk regulatory compliance risk AML/ATF risk and conduct risk including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
