Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad India. As a key member of our SAP Finance team you will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting SAP FICO modules to optimize our financial processes and reporting capabilities.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and improve financial processes
- Analyze existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement SAP FICO solutions
- Develop and maintain SAP FICO reports interfaces and data conversions
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and best practices
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP projects from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in SAP FICO implementations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation or support
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module configuration and customization
- In-depth understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP projects
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- SAP FICO certification is preferred
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements is a plus
