Job Description
Are you a charismatic daymaker with a heart for service At Douglas J were looking for a Guest Services Associate who loves beauty fashion and the salon industry. Youll be the face of our brand ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out
- Support students with professional guest interactions and retention
- Assist with retail recommendations and purchases
- Perform Aveda Rituals of Renewal
- Reserve and confirm guest appointments
