Job Description
What Youll Do
- Own & Optimize Our Business Systems Stack Evaluate implement and refine enterprise tools that align with business priorities.
- Lead Key System Rebuilds Overhaul critical infrastructure (Salesforce Marketo HubSpot Stripe Chargebee) to support performance scalability and user experience.
- Ensure Platform Stability Define and enforce testing monitoring and exception-handling best practices.
- Drive Adoption & Training Enable internal teams to fully leverage tools via documentation training and support.
- Build Smart Integrations Architect and manage high-impact system integrations to ensure clean data flow and automation across teams.
- Manage Vendors & Licensing Partner with procurement to negotiate favorable terms and manage renewals strategically.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Salesforce Architecture Expertise Strong experience designing scalable Salesforce ecosystems and improving system layers and integrations.
- Technical Acumen Proficiency with REST APIs JavaScript a typed language (e.g. Java Python APEX) SQL JSON and reporting tools.
- Problem-Solving with Empathy Ability to connect user needs to smart scalable systemsbalancing efficiency and usability.
- Strategic Vision Execution Comfortable thinking long-term while acting decisively in the short term.
