You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Creative Trainee will be part of the Marketing team within Universal Pictures International Spain.
This role reporting to the Creative Advertising Manager focuses on coordinating and managing the delivery deadlines production schedules and activation timelines for various media campaign materials. From TV and radio spots to digital display social media content and out-of-home advertising the individual will play a crucial role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Its a great opportunity for someone who excels in organisation project management and creative collaboration within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Trade campaign materials localisation and adaptation from English to Spanish and dubbing.
Support in translation for trailers and posters.
Support in the localisation for creative materials in areas such as TV spots radio spots and print materials.
Localisation and development of all social media materials.
Follow-up after the release of digital campaigns for all our releases.
Delivery of social materials trailers posters creative content pieces and other special marketing materials to our social media agency.
Coordination with our media agency of the delivery of all media campaign materials.
Day to day contact with international agencies.
Day to day contact with creative local agencies POS vendors and production agencies.
Coordination of dubbing studios and image laboratory vendors for specific processes with the supervision of the responsible of the creative area.
Creating purchase orders.
Giving support to other marketing areas supervised by the responsible of the creative area.
Qualifications :
Proactive communicative and a strong team player
Creative and excellent organisational skills
Excellent criteria to stablish priorities and meeting deadlines
Fluent in English
University Degree in Communication /Marketing and/or Creative. University Diploma or Certificate will be requested
Studies must have been finished less than 3 years ago
