Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the resident move-in and move-out process with discretion and independent judgment.

  • Advise prospective residents on unit options upgrades and available services (e.g. cable internet phone).

  • Schedule move-in dates closing meetings and orientations in collaboration with residents and internal departments.

  • Ensure completion of residency agreements collection of funds and compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records of resident transactions and move-in documentation.

  • Prepare and distribute move-in materials and coordinate with vendors.

  • Oversee and test installation of telephone internet and cable prior to move-in.

  • Support sales events and conduct tours as needed.

  • Monitor move progress work orders and structural changes to ensure timely completion.

  • Follow up with residents post-move to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

  • Process settlement payments promissory notes and related administrative forms.

 


Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in retirement housing industry sales or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office computer package and the ability to learn our database system.
  • High School Diploma. A Bachelors Degree in marketing business communications gerontology or related field preferred.
