Sheehy Ford Ashlandis currently seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to fill the position ofUsed Car Assistant/Lot Porter. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunity is a great foot in the door for anyone curious about the car business. Responsibilities
- Assist the used car manager with inventory management pricing and sales strategy
- Maintain the dealerships lot by keeping it clean organized and presentable for customers
- Move vehicles around the lot as needed
- Arrange displays and signage to showcase vehicles effectively
- Take quality photos of vehicles for online listings
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
- Use windows-based systems to manage inventory and sales
- Familiarity with vAuto and Eleads CRM is a plus
- Consistently remains engaged with management team leads fellow team members and processes to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external customers; consistently maintains follow-up systems that encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfaction
- Immediately communicates with management whenever a concern or situation arises
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Requirements

- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Proficiency with windows-based systems
- Familiarity with vAuto and Eleads CRM is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background screening Motor Vehicle Records check and drug test.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the USA
