As part of the Bosch Graduate Specialist Program - Engineering you will complete a program that includes various specialist departments and is personally tailored to you.
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechatronics and hydraulics to join our team focused on the development and validation of smart products.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our technical department and participate in hands-on testing both on test benches and on off-highway and material handling machinery. The role also includes international assignments particularly in Germany and the USA to deepen knowledge of our global manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the R&D team on the development and validation of innovative electro-hydraulic products featuring onboard electronics.
- Perform testing and measurements using specialized instrumentation.
- Support validation activities and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of electronics and hydraulics principles.
- Previous experience in R&D or testing environments is a plus (internships included).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Excellent command of the English language.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
