• Market research tenders negotiations and contracts for the respective sub-material field/ regional plants
• Implementation of material field strategy and supplier management
• Internal customer management and early involvement of the Internal customers
• Conducting RfQ process for projects according to signature rules and projects assigned by manager
• Concluding and managing contracts for assigned suppliers
• First contact window for internal customer support to solve escalation cases acc. to communication plan
• Mentorship for assigned suppliers incl. supplier release supplier evaluation supplier eliminating (operational supplier management).
• Data entry maintenance and quality control of IT-systems (incl. SRM)
• Data Consolidation upon request in order to follow up demand management

Qualifications :

Personal requirements

• Fluent in English level to perform negotiations
• Good practical experience in MS Office and SAP
• Willingness to travel
• Assertiveness
• High communication skill and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Intercultural competence

Professional competencies

• Practicing purchasing basic principles including quality management.
• Negotiation skills (also in difficult situations) incl. advanced negotiations methods
• Experience with purchasing methods and IT tools for Indirect Purchasing
• Cost analysis within Indirect Purchasing
• Experience with machinery and equipment as a buyer or planner / designer/engineering preferred
• Supply Chain Optimization (material field strategy purchasing processes supplier development).
• Contract law and legal requirements compliance
• Project management and moderation skills
