The Opportunity:
Our OB-GYN Clinic at our Plaza location in Kansas City MO is hiring for a Business Supervisor II to join their team.
The Shift:
This position is for a Full Time Business Supervisor II in an ambulatory setting and offers a Monday through Friday 8-4:30 schedule with no holidays no weekends and no call.
The Work:
This position will oversee the clerical staff in this busy 8 provider OB-GYN Clinic. This oversight includes front desk duties managing referrals prior auths charge entry and various other clerical duties.
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with the following skills: problem solving decision making strategic thinking time management interpersonal communication conflict resolution and adaptability.
Managing individuals including but not limited to hiring training assigning work and managing and evaluating performance and conducting professional development plans.
Ensuring that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership
Developing and adhering to departmental staffing revenue and/or expense budgets
Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year supervision experience in medical office setting
Associates degree required.
