Position Description
This position is located in our Richardson TX office and reports to the Director. Under general direction performs many different levels of duties and varied responsibilities in support of the office project managers and director.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation including specifications RFQs vendor communications approvals scheduling and other project documentation.
  • Maintain files (electronic and/or hard copy) and data used for projects and clients.
  • Gather and expedite information from various parties both internal and external to the company.
  • Organize large amounts of information into coherent format and reports.
  • Prioritize a variety of tasks with limited supervision while working in a fast-paced environment and be a contributing team member.
Minimum Work Experience
  • Experience in a previous administrative support role with various office tasks assigned.
  • Experience with Microsoft programs (Outlook Excel Word etc.)
  • Previous experience working with multiple levels of staff and clients.
Preferred Education and Skills Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a professional office environment.
  • MS Office proficiency (Outlook Word Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Candidate must possess the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism and composure while working under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high-volume office environment.
  • Ability to organize work set priorities meet deadlines and follow up on assignments with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to manage projects and programs in a positive effective manner while maintaining adherence to deadlines policies and procedures.
  • Accounting background is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • This is an office position and is stationed at a desk ability to sit and stand.
  • Occasionally carrying lifting up to 20lbs.
