Were a privately owned specialty and emergency hospital located just 45 minutes north of downtown Chicago. Our mission is to provide top-notch care for our clients and their beloved animal companions and were looking for someone to be the right paw to our senior leadership team tackling a variety of tasks that help keep our operations on a tight leash. Your super-excel skills will be put to the test as you dive into:
- Generating insightful reports that help us make smart data-driven decisions.
- Organizing and interpreting data that tells the story of our success.
- Various other tasks as assigned keeping every day fresh and exciting!

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Must be very proficient in Excel. This includes but is not limited to generating reports organizing and interpreting data.
- Positive Attitude: A must-have trait for a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and work independently on assigned tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to organize and interpret data effectively.
- Communication Skills: Capable of fulfilling various tasks as assigned by the senior leadership team.
- Love for Animals: A genuine affection for pets aligning with the mission of our hospital.
- Bonus (Preferred but not required): Familiarity or a keen interest in finance and/or accounting.
