Hardware Support Technician
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a fully on-site opportunity in Washington DC.
About this Position
Were seeking a skilled and dedicated Hardware Support Technician for a 6-month on-site assignment in Washington DC. In this role youll play a critical part in supporting the seamless migration and deployment of end-user devices ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician passionate about deskside support and customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Support the migration and deployment of various end-user hardware.
Provide deskside technical support throughout the migration process.
Set up and configure mobile phones tablets laptops and desktop systems.
Assist with imaging and configuring devices to meet company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration hardware and software issues.
Job Skills/Requirements
Prior experience in deskside support and hardware deployment.
Proficiency with mobile and endpoint device management platforms (MDM).
Experience imaging deploying and maintaining laptops and desktops.
Strong problem-solving communication and customer service skills.
Must be based in the DC area and available to work on-site five days a week.

Pay Range: $25$30/hour
