Maintains the accounts for hotel and residences such as preparing financial statements and completing bank and balance sheets.
Ensures compliance with the hotel policies and procedures as well as the BIR requirements provides billing process and helps in handling unit owner queries.
Oversees the residences credit and collection team for Assessment fees and Condo Dues.
Qualifications :
Graduate with a Degree in Accounting Finance or any related field is an advantage.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance at a luxury hotel is an asset.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills with a keen sense for detail.
Strong working knowledge of Opera and MS Office applications.
